One Time Cleaning 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY - ONE TIME BOOKINGS
For one-time bookings, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before your appointment and you can do so by logging in to your website account (if you made one) or by calling us at 403-594-1965. If you cancel with less than 8 hours notice your bins will be cleaned and you will be charged.

SCHEDULE / TIMING

For one-time cleanings, please note your scheduled appointment time is an ESTIMATED time due to items out of our control such as weather, traffic, conditions of bins etc. and your appointment time may be EARLY or LATER as a result. Rest assured your appointment will be completed on the date scheduled unless otherwise advised.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Please ensure your bins are out and accessible on your scheduled day and that they are empty. If there is any garbage left in your bin(s) we will bag it and leave it inside your cleaned bin(s).

BINS NOT LEFT OUT

If you do not leave your bins out to be cleaned we will show up the next day to clean them. If your bins are still not out, you will be charged with no refund. 

​

BIN CONDITION

If your bin(s) are severely damaged we have the right to refuse the cleaning service and you will be refunded. Also, if your bin(s) have any liquids or waste that could harm our equipment we can refuse the cleaning service and you will be refunded (e.g. motor oil, some paints).

FIRST-TIME CLEANING

Disclaimer: First-time cleanings on some bins may not entirely remove all the grime and residue, it may take multiple cleanings until you see those results.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
 

Cleanings: If you sign up for a subscription plan, your cleaning will be done the first week of each month on your garbage pick up day between the hours of 12:30pm - 5:00pm.
 

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of our bin-cleaning season (end of October), you can do so through by logging into your account on our website. 
 

Payment: If you sign up for a subscription plan, you will be charged each month on the day you signed up. For example, if you signed up for a plan on March 5th you will be charged on April 5th, May 5th, etc. When our bin-cleaning season is over for the year (end of October), we will go into your account and stop your payments. If you choose to continue with the subscription service the following year in March, you can contact us and we will re-activate your subscription.  
 

Missed Payment: If you are unable to make your monthly payment on your date you will have 7 days to pay. If you still do not make the payment after 7 days we will contact you one last time for your payment. If you do not make the payment we will stop cleaning your bin(s).
