We follow the Medicine Hat City's waste collection schedule. When booking please choose the day of the week your garbage is picked up or the day after so your bins are empty. To check the waste collection schedule:

On your appointment day, please ensure your bins are placed curbside in front of your home or are accessible in your back alley so we know what bin(s) are yours.

Please note your scheduled appointment time is an ESTIMATED time due to items out of our control such as weather, traffic, conditions of bins etc. and your appointment time may be EARLY or LATER as a result. Rest assured your appointment will be completed on the date scheduled unless otherwise advised.
