SUBSCRIPTIONS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP

Cleanings: If you sign up for a subscription plan, your cleaning will be done the first week of each month on your garbage pick up day between the hours of 12:30pm - 5:00pm.

Payment: If you sign up for a subscription plan, you will be charged each month on the day you signed up. For example, if you signed up for a plan on March 5th you will be charged on April 5th, May 5th, etc. When our bin-cleaning season is over for the year (end of October), we will go into your account and stop your payments. If you choose to continue with the subscription service the following year, you can contact us and we will re-activate your subscription.  

Missed Payment: If you are unable to make your monthly payment on your date you will have 7 days to pay. If you still do not make the payment after 7 days we will contact you one last time for your payment. If you do not make the payment we will stop cleaning your bin(s). 

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of our bin-cleaning season (end of October), you can do so through
